How will my order ship?
This website allows for shipping via our company FedEx® account. If you require any other method, please call
customer service at 541-388-1182 Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
When will my order ship?
Orders for stocked items typically ship within 24 hours. If we do not have the item in stock or if it is a custom order
delivery can take 4-6 weeks.
Transit time is not included in the lead times stated above because transit times vary dramatically.
If you need an order to ship or arrive by a specific date, we urge you to note this in the special instructions field during
checkout. We’ll do our best to exceed your request or contact you to let you know how quickly we can ship your
order.
Can I track my order online?
You can obtain the status of your current orders by requesting a tracking number from info@smokeyzone.com
Providing a tracking number indicates that your order has shipped. You can use this number to lookup tracking
information on the carrier’s website.
Can I pick up my order instead of paying for shipping?
Definitely! Smokey Zone LLC is located at 62890 Boyd Acres RD, Bend Oregon 97701. If pickup is easier for you
than shipping, please call us to arrange pick up prior to finalizing your order.

RETURN POLICY INFO

Can our customers return a sign or product we make? 
Yes, orders can be returned, provided you follow the requirements on the return policy below. (Custom products 
cannot be returned). Contact customer service either by phone at 541-388-1182 or email at info@smokeyzone.com 
Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. 
Return Policy 
- Custom products cannot be returned unless they are defective at the time of sale. 
- Return of stock product is subjected to a 25% restocking charge. 
- Return authorization number must be obtained prior to return of any product. 
- Return authorization number is obtained by calling or emailing Info@smokeyzone.com 
- Packages returned without authorization have to be refused. No exceptions. 
- Returnable products can be returned for either product credit or refund. 
- Credit or refund is only available for stock products or defective custom products. 
- Refund or credit will only be issued after return and inspection (approx. 1 to 2 weeks). 
- All returned products are inspected upon receipt to confirm credit or refund amount. 
- Products must be returned within 60 days of sale. No returns after 60 days. 
- Products must be in NEW resealable condition to receive a credit or refund. 
- Products damaged in shipment are not covered by warranty. 
- If returned freight is lost or damaged in shipment it is not covered by warranty. 
- FedEx call tags are provided only for  Smokeyzone LLC errors or defective products. 
How to return products? 
Contact customer service by phone at 541-388-1182 or Info@smokeyzone.com Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 
5:00 PM Pacific Time and request RA # (Return Authorization). All returns are governed by Smokey Zones LLC 
return policy which can be found above. 
Our Product Warranty: 
Smokey Zone LLC sells the products with the intent that they are free of defects in manufacture and workmanship at 
the time of sale. Smokey Zone LLC warrants that each of its products will be free of defects in material and 
workmanship under normal use and service. However, the obligation of Smokey Zone LLC under this warranty shall 
be limited to the requirement that it make good at Smokey Zone LLC place of business any part or parts which are 
returned to Smokey Zone LLC within 30 days from the date of delivery to the purchaser. Such return of the product 
to Smokey Zone LLC must be made with transportation charges prepaid. Smokey Zone LLC will then examine the 
product to determine if the product is in fact defective. 
The mentioned warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties express or implied along with all other obligations 
or liabilities on the part of Smokey Zone LLC. And does not authorize anyone to obligate Smokey Zone LLC in any 
way beyond the terms set forth above. 
Smokey Zone LLC does not warrant any product which it has been the subject of misuse, negligence, accident, 
repair or alteration which, in the judgment of Smokey Zone LLC, affects the product's stability or reliability. 
THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY Smokey Zone LLC AS REFERRED TO ABOVE SHALL BE THE SOLE AND 
EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY. THERE SHALL BE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING 
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OR ANY OTHER OBLIGATION ON THE PART 
OF Smokey Zone LLC WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. 
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE WARRANTIES OF Smokey Zone LLC REQUIRE MORE FROM Smokey Zone LLC 
THAN THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF ANY PART OR PARTS WHICH ARE FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE 
WITHIN THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF THE WARRANTY. Smokey Zone LLC, SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR 
ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. 
Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts
